Robert Dombrowsky has been a real estate professional for 36 years.  He began his career with Schlott Realtors in 1985 and enjoyed immediate success earning the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award his first 3 full years in the business. In 1989 Robert became the company’s youngest office manager when he was selected to manage the companies Bergenfield office.  Shortly thereafter Coldwell Banker acquired Schlott Realtors and Robert has transferred to the companies Lyndhurst location where he guided the office to the companies Most Improved Office  Award 2 years in a row.  Robert was then asked to manage another struggling office in Short Hills.  

During his 7 years in that location, Robert improved the office from one of the company’s worst locations to the companies top office in Region 1. 

He was subsequently transferred back to Bergen County in the Hillsdale office where he once again achieved the companies Most Improved Office award. 

In 2004 Robert decided to return to the sales side of the business. He joined Re/Max Property Center and has been with that office for the past 16 years. During that time, Robert has been fortunate to have amazing clients and customers that have allowed him to market upwards of 30 homes a year. 

He has regularly achieved Re/Max’s coveted 100% Club. With 36 years of experience, Robert is uniquely qualified to counsel first-time home buyers, clients looking to sell their homes as well as buyers looking to purchase a larger home.
